Q Do you accept Returns?
A Yes. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Any product that is unopened can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products that have been opened, may be returned within 10 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged against your refund. If you receive an item damaged in shipment, please call our Customer Service number: 805-845-8306 for instructions.

Q What are the payment options?
A We use the convenience of Paypal, which accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. If you would prefer ordering by phone, please call our Order Desk at: 805-845-8306. Checks or Money Orders may also be sent via snail mail. Call for details and information on shipping costs to your area.

Q What are your shipping methods?
A Your order will be shipped from our Santa Barbara location within 5 to 7 business days from date of order. Depending upon your location, orders should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after that. We use Federal Express as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier, depending upon your location and the size of your order.

Q What are shipping charges?
A Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and are calculated during the shopping cart check out process. The most cost effective and often used service is Federal Express Ground. For an additional fee, orders can be expedited using overnight, 2 day or 3 day delivery.

Q Is there sales tax?
A Yes. Sales tax is charged for shipments only within the state of California at 8.75%.
